VIBE NAIL BAR ‘S POLICY

 At Vibe Nail Bar, client satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide exceptional service and results and ensure your satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues, we will do our best to correct them promptly.

This policy outlines our services, procedures, and guidelines for resolving any issues that may arise.

    Refund and Repair Policy:

  • All services are non-refundable.

     –     We do not offer monetary refunds for services provided.

     –     We offer a 7-day guarantee for your nails. If you experience any issues within this timeframe, please return within 7 days of your initial appointment, and we will fix them at no cost.

     –     After the 7-day period, standard prices will apply for any repairs.

     –     We will re-do services at no cost if you’re unsatisfied with the quality of work, but please notify us immediately during the service.

     –     Regular polish is not guaranteed.

    Service Guidelines:

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination towards our staff

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals with open or infected wounds, contagious nail conditions

  • For diabetes clients, please inform our technicians so we can provide appropriate care.

Late Policy:

  • Please kindly call us if you’re running late for your appointment. We understand unforeseen circumstances arise and will do our best to accommodate you. Please note:

     –    We hold appointments for 10 minutes. After this grace period, we consider it a “NO SHOW” and may need to reschedule.

     –     If you’re unable to make your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensure everyone receives the best service possible.
