– Seating: Your group will be seated together in the same area.
– Food and Decorations: Feel free to bring your own food, disposable plates, cutlery, and decorations (as long as they don’t need to be attached to the wall).
– Billing: We offer flexible billing options – each guest can have their own separate bill if preferred.
– Gratuities and Fees: We don’t charge automatic gratuity or service fees for groups, so you can enjoy your celebration without any surprise costs.
– Complimentary Beverages: Enjoy our selection of complimentary non-alcoholic drinks, including cappuccino, latte, coffee, tea, and bottled water, throughout your service.
– In-House Menu: Order from our menu anytime during your service to indulge in your favorite beverages.

SECURE YOUR BOOKING
To confirm your group reservation of 5 or more clients, a refundable deposit of $100 is required. This deposit will be fully refunded in the original method of payment to the
depositor once all services have been completed as booked for the entire group.
Please note that:
– No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been collected.
– A response confirming availability will be sent before the deposit is payable.
– The refundable deposit will be payable to secure the booking once availability is confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that changes can occur, and we’re happy to accommodate cancellations or modifications to your booking. Please note the following policies:
– Entire Event Cancellation:
– Requires a minimum of 7 days’ notice to receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
– Less than 7 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
– Single Client Cancellation:
– Requires a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to avoid a $25 cancellation fee per client.
– Less than 12 hours’ notice will incur the cancellation fee.
– Cancellation Procedure:
– Cancellations must be made by speaking directly with our front desk representatives by telephone at (403) 719-6899.
– Do not cancel via the online booking portal, as refunds will not be issued.
– Deposit Policy:
– A deposit of $100 is required for group reservations of 5 clients or more.
– The deposit will be automatically reversed to the original payment method upon completion of all services for all booked guests.
– The deposit cannot be used towards payment of services.
