VIBE NAIL BAR‘S  POLICY

At Vibe Nail Bar, your satisfaction is our highest priority. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service, beautiful results, and a comfortable experience every visit. If you ever have concerns, we’re here to address them promptly and professionally.

Below are our guidelines for service, repairs, booking, and appointment management:

Refund & Repair Policy (All services are non-refundable). 

  • We do not issue monetary refunds for any services performed.
  • We offer a 7-day guarantee on nail enhancements (gel, builder gel, acrylic/solar, Gel-X, etc.). If you experience lifting, chipping, or any issues within this timeframe, please return within 7 days and we will repair it at no cost.
  • After the 7-day period, standard repair fees apply.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, please notify us during your service so we can make adjustments immediately.
  • Regular polish is not guaranteed due to its natural wear.

Service Guidelines

  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or disrespect toward our staff.
  • We reserve the right to decline service to clients with open wounds, infections, or contagious nail/skin conditions for health and safety reasons.
  • If you have diabetes or any medical considerations, please inform your technician so we can provide appropriate care.

Booking Online Policy

1. Group Appointments

  • If booking for 2 or more people, please leave a note in your booking and book separate appointments for each person to ensure proper timing and seating.

2. Nail Designs

  • If you’d like a specific design, please send us a reference photo on Instagram before your appointment. This helps us allow enough time and ensures the best results.

3. No-Shows

  • If you miss your appointment twice without notice, a deposit will be required for all future bookings.

Late & No-Show Policy

  • We understand things happen—if you’re running late, please call us so we can do our best to accommodate you.
  • We hold appointments for 10 minutes. After this grace period, your appointment may be marked as a No-Show and may require rescheduling.
    If you need to cancel or adjust your appointment, please notify us as early as possible to help us accommodate other clients.
